Hi everyone,Well...it finally happened after a long, arduous 9 months! We became first-time parents of little (and he is so tiny!) Jonathan Gullestad Pettersen, who arrived at 3.37am on Wednesday, 28 March (2 days earlier than the due date).
Jonathan weighed 3.252kg and was 51cm long when he was born. It was a very long birthing process (roughly 24 hours from the first stage of labour) but when he came, it was worth it. :-)
We had the baby at the Ullevål Hospital in Oslo. We're now at the Ullevål hotel within the hospital until Saturday morning. Visiting times are 4pm onwards, so just let us know via sms or a call if you want to pop in.
Well, we're going to try to get some rest now. We were up all night trying with a restless baby, and now he's safely and soundly asleep. :-)
