Growing up

Jonathan started walking all by himself (no help at all) at 13 months and he's been on the go since then. Non-stop. He's really active and outdoorsy. He loves to play hide and seek and likes to talk. He is learning both languages and that's been evident recently. He asked "er den god?" today ("is that good?"), pointing at the food I was eating. When I answered "ja, det er godt", he came over and tried to eat it. He can also say "car!" (points out to them when they drive by) and "good boy".

Here are some recent photos of him (including one of him throwing a tantrum while I was trying to feed him dinner):

Jonathan's new favourite toy: a shopping basket (mimicking mum and dad doing the shopping)

Jonathan on the go... (he managed to draw on the TV screen with crayons shortly after this photo was taken - thankfully we were able to get rid of the crayon marks)

Jonathan enjoying a sandwich on one day...

And refusing to eat his dinner the next day...

Here, he is enjoying papa's company and eating a bread ball as a snack.
